Yes, Fluffikon is a Swiss brand. We are Oli und Jii, and we live in Zurich, Höngg.

The little sheep with the red hat is our Fluffikon brand ambääässador Lalla Soffa. Of course, she is stitched on the back of every Morocan pillow for a distinct Fluffikon signature.

ikon is a typical ending for villages and districts in Switzerland. ikon evolved from endings like ...inchovan, …inghove or …inc Hova referring to someone’s farmyard or residence. For example, Wiedinc Hova was the farmyard of Wiedo. With time these endings were shortened to ikon. 

Today's examples are Wiedikon, Bubikon or Dietikon. The same principle applies to Fluffikon. It used to belong to the Fluff clan, known for producing the fluffiest of all fluff. Therefore, Fluffikon is the district of fluffiness, cosiness and softness.  :))

The biological wool that we use to fill our products comes from a small farm in Switzerland. We fill the pillows and pet beds ourselves in Zurich and send them out to you.

The Moroccan pillows, dog beds and cat beds are made in Morocco. There, we work with four dedicated women. Karima and Khadija are two passionate and dedicated women making the pillows and pet beds from scratch. Bahija + Naima are fierce entrepreneurs with a stitching workshop. They make the stitched Lalla Soffa on the back of every pillow.

Yes, you can wash your Fluffikon pillow. Here are some details about the specific washing procedures of the outer and inner pillows:

Silk pillows, velvet pillows and brocade pillows:
You can wash them in delicate mode at 30°C.

Inner cotton pillow cover:
All inner cotton pillow covers are washable in delicate mode at 30°C. 

Wool pillows:
The wool pillows have the natural ability to self-clean. Regardless, you can still wash your wool pillow in delicate wool program or give it to the dry cleaner. We recommend the following spot cleaning method:

1. Give your Fluffikon pillow a good beating to get any dust out of it.
2. Mix wool wash detergent (or any other detergent that does not contain chemicals) and lukewarm water in a bucket.
3. Gather the foam with a gentle brush and wipe it across your pillow cover. Don’t worry if you spill a few water drops on it, just do not get it soaking wet.
4. Gently brush the pillowcase.
5. Give some extra attention to spots or marks on your pillow by applying more foam to them.
6. Dry your wool pillow outside in the sun. If possible, put it on grass or a bush so the air can circulate underneath.
7. Enjoy your freshly cleaned Fluffikon pillowcase!

Outer pillow cover:
For the silk, velvet and the brocade pillows the outer pillow covers are washable in delicate mode at 30°C. 

The wool pillows have the natural ability to self-clean. Regardless, you can still wash your wool pillow in the wool program or bring it to the dry cleaner.

The inner wool filling:
The inner wool filling for all pillows can be air-cleaned easily:
(i) take out the inner pillow 
(ii) leave it outside during a foggy night
(iii) wait for the next sunny day, repeat step (i) and leave the inner pillow outside in the sun

Yes, our dog beds are designed to be easily washable! 

The outer cover is easy to remove and machine washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle. The inner cover that holds the wool filling can be emptied easily and also machine washed at 30°C.

The top part of the inner round pillow is made from waterproof material. In case a mishap happens, the inner wool filling is protected. You can then remove the outer dog bed cover easily and machine-wash it.

Fluffikon’s comfy dog beds are water-resistant, but not waterproof.

Yes, we ship all our products for free in Switzerland.

Shipping to the USA is free starting from a Cart value of 300 CHF. Otherwise it is 40 CHF (41 USD).

Your Moroccan pillows and/or dog bed will be send properly and ecologically packed from Zurich via Swiss Post.

Orders placed on our website are processed within 1-2 days. Once the fluffy goods are dispatched you should receive your items within 2-3 working days in Switzerland.

On some occasions, it may take longer and we will inform you via Email.
